There is a LOT of info here, but I’m here to help if your question wasn’t answered!
How do I choose a location?
You are more than welcome to choose a property that you love and have access to. As long as we get permission from any private land owners, we are good to go. Let me know if you prefer a more urban setting, country, beach, or mountains.
What if it rains?
Of course we never want this to happen, but it can. I watch the weather like a hawk when I know a session is coming up and will keep you posted. Should the day end up rainy and yucky, we will reschedule ASAP.
Will there be access to RAW/unedited photos?
No. Hopefully, you have hired me for my editing style and for my artistic vision. Receiving RAW or unedited photos is like paying a baker for a finished cake, but they give you all the ingredients still in the grocery bag.
When should I have my senior photos taken?
Typically, a senior session is held the summer before your senior year starts. However, I do them year-round or when I have availability. Be sure to check with your yearbook staff to know when they need photos.
Do you travel?
YES! If you want to get the heck out of Dodge and go to the beach, mountains, or Canada, I will be glad to send you a custom travel quote!
How long does a photo session last?
Our time together is usually about an hour and a half. More time is available in the add-on section.
How do I see my gallery?
Your gallery will be emailed to you with a link and a password. You will be asked to enter your email address and the password, then BAM! You're gallery will be beautifully presented to you along with a cart to order prints.
Can I bring someone?
ABSOLUTELY! I encourage it! An extra set of hands is always ideal, but less is more. Please keep it to one person, someone you are very comfortable with, and who will not make you nervous. We don't need that kind of energy ya dig?
What about posting to social media?
Share away!! All that is required is that you credit Freckles Photography with taking the photos and that you do not use any filter to alter the images. Other than that show your beautiful self and the art we created!
How long before I see my finished images?
In the summer, it could take 1-2 weeks. In the fall/spring, it could take 2-3 weeks depending on my workload and personal schedule at the time. If you need them before that time frame, extra fees will apply for expedition.
What should I bring?
Besides your beautiful/handsome face, a survival bag to carry around lipstick, brush, shoes, towel etc... I will send you a more detailed checklist after you book me!
How far in advance should I book my session?
It really all depends on what is going on in my personal schedule. I usually post on social media when my booking calendar is ready for each season. I think a month prior is pretty average.
